Kitchen Steward – Full‑time position in Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Utility Cleaner (Kitchen Steward) supports essential hotel operations at the Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. Working across kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry areas, the role ensures clean linen, spotless dining ware and proper operation of cleaning equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain clean linen and dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens between hotel departments.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Lift, move and carry items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Maintain professional uniform, appearance and communication.
• Support team goals and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• No formal education required (high school diploma or GED not mandatory).
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described.
