L2 CIAM Specialist (Enterprise Applications)

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an experienced L2 CIAM Specialist to join its Enterprise Applications team in Dubai. You will support critical identity and access management platforms in a 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production CIAM systems, respond to alerts, and maintain stability.
• Investigate and resolve tickets from L1 teams, coordinating with L3 and vendors as needed.
• Deploy change requests and manage incidents following ITIL processes.
• Analyze logs, perform root‑cause analysis, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with IT/network teams to address operational issues.
• Provide feedback to design and vendor teams and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a 24/7 shift environment.

Required skills

• ForgeRock CIAM configuration and operations.
• Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Log analysis with Splunk or ELK.
• SQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle WebCenter Sites administration.
• SSO, LDAP, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS.
• MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• Shell and Python scripting.
