L2 Collaboration Engineer (CUCM/Webex) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for an L2 Collaboration Engineer to join our client’s team in Dubai on a 1‑year contract. The role focuses on designing, configuring and maintaining Cisco Collaboration solutions, including CUCM and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot core CMS components such as Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge, database replication, and Recorder/Streamer.
• Manage integration between Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and CMS.
• Utilise the CMS API to set advanced parameters and automate bulk provisioning.
• Develop Python scripts for health checks, log analysis and routine maintenance of CMS and CUCM.
• Apply DevOps tools (Git, Ansible) for configuration versioning and infrastructure updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cisco collaboration technologies (CUCM, CMS or Webex on‑premise/VC).
• Strong L2 troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on complex issues.
• Experience with automation and scripting in a telecom environment.
