About the role
We are seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to join the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will ensure that guests receive timely and high-quality laundry services, supporting the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including flat irons, with care.
- Feed food- and beverage-linen into the flat iron and manage its processing.
- Fold bed sheets, towels and other linens according to hotel standards.
- Adhere to fire and safety procedures at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Vocational training in laundry operations.
- Previous experience in a similar hotel laundry role.
- Good command of English and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
