Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled applications, intelligent automation, and integrated digital solutions that solve complex business challenges for Dubai Careers. This hands‑on role combines rapid prototyping, system integration, and continuous improvement while guiding technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI‑driven applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic workflows.
• Create document‑intelligence pipelines with OCR and LLM‑based extraction for permits, contracts and compliance records.
• Develop and maintain API integrations (REST, webhooks) linking permit databases, CRM, ERP, e‑signature and payment systems.
• Orchestrate automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow or custom Python services.
• Implement RPA solutions for legacy systems where API access is unavailable.
• Write Python services, scripts and data‑processing components for LLM orchestration.
• Design SQL databases, data models and pipelines to transform operational data into structured datasets.
• Apply Git‑based version control, testing and CI/CD practices for reliable deployments.
• Deploy and operate solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP with appropriate monitoring and logging.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI, automation or integration projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders.
