Lead Process Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to provide technical assurance and compliance for contractor deliverables on EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures HSE performance, monitors process engineering activities, and serves as the single point of contact with licensor, contractor and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Verify technical integrity of project deliverables against legislation, codes, standards and basis of design.
• Monitor, review and approve contractor and licensor process engineering designs and procedures.
• Coordinate exchange of process documents between the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) and contractors.
• Supervise the IPMT process engineering team and provide work direction.
• Ensure process engineering schedules align with overall project requirements.
• Attend internal and external progress, engineering and project review meetings.
• Support the company in execution of works and assist contractors with interface management.
• Participate in continuous risk analysis of engineering activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process engineering within EPC or similar large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical assurance, HSE performance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to supervise engineering teams and manage document exchanges.
