Lead Product Manager – Trading Platform

About the role

As Lead Product Manager for the Trading Platform, you will own the product capabilities that power the Sportsbook proposition. You will translate complex operational needs into scalable platform features that enable Trading and Sportsbook teams to deliver differentiated products quickly, safely and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Trading Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Manage market and event configuration, pricing and trading controls.
• Develop offer and promotion tooling, market depth and content enablement.
• Design and optimise trading operations workflows and risk‑exposure tooling.
• Provide reporting, decision‑support tools and vendor/third‑party integration management.
• Make build, partner or reuse decisions for platform components.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in trading, sportsbook, financial markets, pricing, risk or complex operational platforms.
• Proven track record owning complex platform products and translating specialist user needs into scalable capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering, data and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex workflows, operational tooling and APIs.
• Demonstrated product craft across platform strategy, analytics and operational tooling.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align competing priorities.
• Experience with real‑time data, integrations and AI‑driven automation or decision support.
