Lead Sales Manager – Digital Out‑of‑Home Media

About the role

The Lead Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for a premium outdoor advertising portfolio in the UAE. You will leverage an existing network of direct clients and media agencies to secure new business and expand key accounts across static hoardings, digital unipoles, media facades and vessel advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across the full OOH media suite.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Meet with direct clients and agencies to uncover opportunities.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Coordinate campaign execution with operations.
• Cross‑sell across all advertising assets.
• Represent the company at industry events and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• 6–10 years total sales experience, with at least 5 years in UAE OOH sales.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record selling premium OOH inventory.
• Active database of contacts in real estate, retail, jewellery, banking, automotive, telecom and related sectors.
• Established relationships with major local and international media agencies.
• Fluent English; Hindi preferred; Arabic an advantage.
• Own a car.
