Account Manager On Trade – UAE

About the role

Diageo is looking for an Account Manager to grow its On‑Trade portfolio across the UAE, focusing on strategic bars, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues. You will build strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities and ensure Diageo brands win at the point of consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow priority On‑Trade accounts by developing clear account plans and deepening customer relationships.
• Lead account‑level commercial discussions, support larger strategic negotiations and translate agreements into actionable plans.
• Partner with distributors, Customer Marketing and Advocacy to deliver outstanding in‑outlet execution, monitoring availability, visibility and activation.
• Use customer, consumer and outlet insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise trade investment.
• Act as a Diageo ambassador within the On‑Trade community, fostering advocacy and bringing market insights back to the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field.
• 2–3+ years of sales, account management or commercial experience in FMCG, beverage alcohol or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of On‑Trade environments and ability to work with distributor and third‑party sales teams.
