Lead Specialist – Account Management (Cyber Security)

About the role

The Lead Specialist – Account Management will bridge client cyber‑security needs with business strategy and technology solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with customers to design, sell and support integrated security offerings that drive digital resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and target markets within the cyber‑security sector.
• Analyse client requirements and develop collaborative proposals, including technical justification, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proposals and contracts are financially sound, maintain appropriate margins and payment terms.
• Track and report on account activity, maintain accurate customer records and analyse closed‑lost deals for continuous improvement.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, delivering post‑sales support to achieve high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee billing processes to guarantee timely invoicing and payment collection.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in sales for IT system integrators in the cyber‑security domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong negotiation skills, goal‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven capability to engage senior executives such as CISOs and collaborate with internal audit, compliance and business units.

Required skills

• Technical competence in security software, hardware and networking solutions.
