Lead Threat Intelligence

About the role

As the Lead Threat Intelligence Analyst at CPX, you will drive the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence across the organization. You will shape the Threat Intelligence Center, improve processes, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and distribute all‑source threat intelligence from multiple feeds and open‑source channels.
• Manage and monitor threat intelligence platforms to ensure feed efficacy and relevance.
• Produce high‑quality intelligence products such as reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations.
• Develop, validate, and continuously improve templates, processes, and TIP procedures.
• Define corporate intelligence requirements in collaboration with key business units.
• Disseminate intelligence alerts, reports, and briefings to stakeholders.
• Conduct intelligence assessments to determine attacker motivations, capabilities, and tactics.
• Enhance the Threat Intelligence Center through tool selection, innovation, and mentorship of junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years experience as a cyber threat analyst, threat researcher, or intelligence analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in large‑scale security operations within corporations, military, or government organizations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with threat intelligence platforms and open‑source intelligence (OSINT) tools.
• Expertise in malware analysis, detection techniques, and cyber‑attack vector analysis.
• Knowledge of threat modeling frameworks such as the kill chain and diamond model.
• Experience with threat intelligence analytics software.
• Ability to apply structured analytic techniques, argument mapping, and analytic writing.
• Understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and cyber counter‑intelligence concepts.
