About the role

Cisco is seeking a Leader of Solution Engineering for the UAE to drive the company’s technology vision across modern platforms. You will guide a high‑performing team, shape architectural strategy, and partner with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a Solution Engineering team focused on AI, GenAI, cloud‑native, and data‑center technologies.
• Define and execute the architectural vision for AI, mobility, software, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate business challenges into Cisco‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Drive technical enablement and thought leadership throughout the Middle East region.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in solution engineering or technical management.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Relevant leadership or industry certifications.
