Leasing Consultant – Dubai Property Market

About the role

AQUA Properties is seeking motivated Leasing Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. You will build a leasing portfolio, connect with landlords and tenants, and drive rental transactions in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Build your leasing portfolio and generate new listings.
• Connect with landlords and tenants to understand their needs.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms.
• Close transactions and ensure successful hand‑over.
• Maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Real‑estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑driven, proactive, ambitious and results‑oriented.
• Eager to learn and build a career in Dubai real estate.
