Sales Executive – Inside Sales – Property (Hindi/Urdu)

About the role

Bayut.com is seeking a driven Sales Executive for inside sales focused on property, targeting Hindi and Urdu speaking prospects. The role involves managing a large portfolio of organisations and consistently exceeding sales targets through telephonic sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prospect customers using cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product and service requirements.
• Consult with prospects on business challenges and propose suitable packages.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email while maintaining proper business etiquette.
• Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Give feedback to management to improve the sales cycle and brand reputation.

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls and closures.
• Result‑oriented with a competitive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
