Logistics Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Finance Business Partner to join JD.com’s Dubai team. The role will support the logistics division by providing financial planning, analysis and decision‑support to drive performance and cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor variances and recommend adjustments to align with business strategy.
• Establish and maintain a KPI framework, produce regular analytical reports, identify anomalies and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with frontline operations and cross‑functional teams to assess projects, provide financial insights and resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify financial risks such as revenue inflation or delivery fraud, implement controls and monitor cash flow, receivables and payables.
• Design data models and automation tools, including BI dashboards, to improve data accuracy and analytical efficiency.
• Lead special projects such as industry research, competitor analysis and financial training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, budgeting and forecasting, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and influencing decision‑making.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance in a fast‑moving operational setting.
