Logistics Supervisor – UAE National (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a UAE national to lead a logistics team in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a safe, efficient order‑fulfilment process and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across the work area.
• Manage, train and coach associates to deliver high‑quality service for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labour allocation throughout shifts to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to address performance issues, including process readiness, 5S, safety and training.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book preferred).
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain or transportation (preferred).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting (preferred).
