Luxury Butler – Atlantis Resorts

About the role

As a Butler at Atlantis, The Palm, you will deliver a highly personalized experience for guests staying in our premium suites. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every detail of the guest’s stay is anticipated and flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suites according to guest preferences before arrival.
• Greet guests at the porte cochère, escort them to their suite, and conduct in‑room check‑in.
• Handle luggage, dry‑cleaning, and laundry services.
• Create and manage guest itineraries, including reservations and activity bookings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, strategic thinking, and creative flair.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
