About the role

The Butler will deliver a highly personalized service to guests staying in the resort’s premium suites, ensuring every detail of their stay is anticipated and flawlessly executed. Acting as the first point of contact at the porte cochère, the Butler welcomes guests, escorts them to their suite and manages all in‑room needs throughout the visit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suites according to guest preferences before arrival.
• Greet and escort guests from the porte cochère to their suite.
• Conduct in‑room check‑in, handle luggage and personal belongings.
• Arrange dry‑cleaning, laundry and coordinate guest agendas, reservations and activities.
• Liaise with other resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional Butler experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and team‑working abilities.
• Excellent command of English and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to rapid changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling guest luggage and personal items.
• Experience with coordinating guest services and schedules.
