About the role

Join the world‑class team at Raffles The Palm, Dubai, as a Butler. You will be the single point of continuity for discerning guests, shaping every moment of their stay from reservation to departure and ensuring they return for the unrivalled service only Raffles can provide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, proactive service for suite and VIP guests as Butler in Residence.
• Provide on‑call assistance, responding swiftly to guest requests and anticipating needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all Butler Service SOPs, Raffles brand standards, LQA, and Forbes Travel Guide criteria.
• Stay current on room categories, suite configurations, food & beverage offerings, in‑house experiences, and property facilities.
• Use the hotel’s platforms to capture, action, and track each guest’s journey, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with a strong presence and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering five‑star butler service consistently.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the Butler Supervisor and Assistant Head Butler.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality SOPs and brand standards.
• Proficiency with hotel service platforms for guest interaction and tracking.
