About the role
A client's retail team in Dubai is looking for customer-focused salespersons with a strong background in retail sales and excellent customer service skills, confident working with high-end products and clientele. The role is on-site in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional luxury retail setting.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watches and jewellery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Present products professionally and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Keep product knowledge up to date on new collections.
- Keep the boutique clean, organised and ready for customers.
Required profile
- 2-3 years of experience; UAE retail experience preferred.
- Previous experience in jewellery, watches, fashion or premium retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-presented and passionate about sales and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
