Maintenance and Engineering Intern

Key responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution using SAP.
• Participate in engineering projects from planning through commissioning.
• Assist troubleshooting activities and identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and monitor critical stock levels.
• Help with calibration planning, record‑keeping, certificates, and coordination.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives across Engineering & Maintenance.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards and Life‑Saving Rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any relevant technical discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience – fresh graduate or early‑career professional.
• Interest in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, plant operations and engineering projects.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in technical documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Advanced level of English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
