About the role
Oriontek is seeking an experienced Maintenance ELV Engineer to join its growing maintenance department in Dubai. The role supports customers by ensuring their ELV solutions operate at peak performance and contributes to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks on ELV systems.
- Manage and mentor maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance.
- Communicate daily and weekly updates to clients and internal management.
- Respond promptly to client requests, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Collect client testimonials to support service quality reporting.
Required profile
- Strong desire to learn with professional drive and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passion for electronics and technology.
