About the role

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking motivated UAE national graduates to join its Management Apprentice – Emiratization Program in Dubai. This full‑time, structured development program offers rotational exposure across multiple business domains, preparing participants for future leadership roles in climate and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training rotations across business units, gaining exposure to technical, commercial, and operational processes.
• Assist teams with reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination, supporting customer and internal project activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support digital transformation activities.
• Develop awareness of IoT‑enabled building solutions, cloud platforms, and smart infrastructure technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• UAE nationals only.
• Strong analytical ability and good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
