Management & Business Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management & Business Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate a broad portfolio of corporate training programmes for our clients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves creating learning materials, conducting appraisals, and developing tailored courses across multiple business disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct performance appraisals and devise individual learning plans.
• Produce training materials for in‑house courses and e‑learning packages.
• Manage delivery of training and development programmes, and contribute to the organisation’s training strategy.
• Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and consultation with managers and HR.
• Design and expand programmes to meet organisational and individual requirements while staying within budget.
• Develop effective induction programmes and monitor trainee progress.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and evaluate programme ROI.
• Support line managers and trainers in solving specific training challenges.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present findings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years of practical work experience in a major or multinational organisation.
• Age between 25 and 50 years.
