Manager Accounts Payable and Employee Disbursements

About the role

The Manager Accounts Payable and Employee Disbursements will lead the finance tower operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all accounts payable activities and employee payments. This role is pivotal for maintaining supplier relationships, meeting service level targets, and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, invoice booking, payments, supplier reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Ensure service level targets and customer expectations are met.
• Improve operational effectiveness, resolve issues and develop the process team.
• Research, analyse, design and communicate continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in change and innovation management and process management.
• Proven ability to build and manage effective teams in a shared‑services environment.
• Understanding of legal and business issues related to credit control and collections.
• Strong knowledge of accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations or Accounting.
