Manager - Campaigns, Analytics and MIS

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group of ADCB as a Manager overseeing Campaigns, Analytics and Management Information Systems. You will work closely with technology, marketing and business teams to drive performance improvements, design incentive schemes and deliver data‑driven insights for SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design of IT infrastructure to support Consumer Banking and SME performance improvement programmes aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SME customer marketing database, establishing decision‑science models and targeting methodologies.
• Build and manage the end‑to‑end campaign management infrastructure, ensuring regular roll‑out of campaigns across all customer segments and monitoring response rates, conversions, revenue and cost metrics.
• Identify functional reporting requirements, write specifications and develop customised reports, scorecards and dashboards to provide on‑demand analytics.
• Lead and develop a team in line with ADCB people‑management policies, ensuring targets are met and business plans are delivered.
• Implement approved policies, processes, systems and procedures related to performance, campaign and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional with experience in performance management, campaign execution and analytics within a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, capable of organising and supervising a team to achieve objectives.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving operational efficiency and driving measurable sales impact.
