Content Creator & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator & Video Editor to join Formation, a premium biohacking and human performance studio in Dubai. The role is full‑time and focuses on producing daily short‑form video content that showcases our luxury wellness brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit daily social‑media videos, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories and short‑form clips.
• Capture studio atmosphere, treatments, workouts, client experiences, events and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Collaborate with management and coaches to brainstorm and plan creative content ideas.
• Monitor social‑media trends and adapt them to the Formation brand.
• Design simple graphics, write captions and create promotional visuals when needed.
• Assist with content scheduling, posting and maintaining the media library.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events and brand collaborations.

Required profile

• Proactive, idea‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of modern content formats and viral trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold a luxury brand aesthetic.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and fluent English communication.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Video editing and content creation.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and other social‑media platforms.
• Filming with an iPhone (or similar mobile device).
• Basic graphic design for simple visuals.
