Manager Crew Engagement

About the role

As the Manager Crew Engagement you will lead the development and wellbeing of the cabin crew community, driving performance, engagement and career progression. You will act as a champion of service excellence, ensuring that crew members are motivated, supported and aligned with the airline’s standards of safety and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and coach cabin crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Design and implement development programmes, career pathways and recognition initiatives.
• Organise engagement events, workshops and forums that strengthen crew connections.
• Oversee performance management, providing data‑driven insights to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Training, Service Delivery, HR, Cabin Safety and other functions to address performance issues and improve processes.
• Lead investigations into service or operational incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous learning in line with GCAA and international standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing or developing cabin crew or similar frontline teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple business areas.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
