Manager, Network Performance & Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Network Performance & Analytics to lead the strategy and execution of its network products in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will drive product performance, market penetration and analytics initiatives across established and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans to maximise market penetration.
• Monitor product performance, manage change‑control processes and oversee vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and third‑party partners to identify enhancements and new product opportunities.
• Lead opportunity assessments, business case development and financial modelling for new concepts.
• Execute advertising, promotional and sales programs to achieve acceptance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in new product development and market analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
