Manager Special Projects & Performance - MENA

About the role

The Manager Special Projects & Performance will partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, analyse business performance and deliver actionable insights across the MENA region. This role combines performance reporting, deep analytical dives and the launch of new products to support Talabat’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
• Conduct country‑specific analyses to uncover turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability levers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to address issues impacting business performance and develop data‑driven strategies.
• Lead special projects such as new product launches, business use‑case development and implementation.
• Partner with local teams on annual budgeting, P&L management and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in performance analysis, strategy or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups across functions.
