Managing Director – Future Hotel Openings (MEA & SEAP)

About the role

The Managing Director – Future Openings will lead the strategic and operational launch of new Radisson hotels across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia Pacific. Reporting to regional leadership, you will ensure each new property meets brand standards, financial targets and guest experience expectations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre‑opening planning, coordination and execution for all assigned hotels.
• Collaborate with owners, developers, project teams and internal stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop opening strategies, business plans, milestones, risk assessments and performance tracking tools.
• Ensure operational readiness across rooms, F&B, sales, finance, HR, engineering, IT, security and guest services.
• Represent Radisson Hotel Group locally and regionally, safeguarding brand integrity and contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hotel pre‑opening or large‑scale hospitality projects.
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with owners, investors and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and budgets.
