Marketing & Communication Executive - Bilingual Arabic-English

About the role

Taaleem’s Dubai Schools Al Khawaneej is looking for a creative, digitally‑savvy marketer who is fluent in Arabic and English. In this position you will champion the school’s brand, drive enrolment growth and enhance the parent experience through strategic marketing, storytelling and strong digital execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to promote the school’s brand and increase student enrolment.
• Lead all marketing and communications initiatives, focusing on acquiring new parents and delivering a positive experience to existing families.
• Manage the school’s social media channels and oversee internal and external communications.
• Promote the school to parents, prospective families, press and social media outlets.
• Develop loyalty and advocacy through targeted marketing, communication and social media tactics to meet recruitment, reputation and retention targets.
• Execute the central Taaleem marketing strategy and help create a school‑specific strategy in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑focused marketing or communications role, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in content creation, copy‑writing and editing.
• Creative thinking, solid time‑management and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Resilient, attentive, team‑player with a willingness to learn.
