Marketing Coordinator (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the Global Marketing team in Dubai. The role will provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the CMO and Marketing team, handling ad‑hoc operational requests.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing activities, including supplier management, sample shipments, boutique support, courier arrangements and material deliveries.
• Organise internal meetings – schedule rooms, arrange catering and set up operational requirements.
• Support front‑desk duties, welcome visitors and manage daily office operations.
• Oversee office maintenance, handle deliveries, customs payments and document distribution.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, including office equipment maintenance.
• Manage petty cash and ensure accurate expense tracking.
• Process daily purchase orders across regions, validate entities, currencies, budget codes and supporting documentation.
• Monitor invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong ability to multitask and support a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external vendor interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using administrative tools for purchase order and finance coordination.
