Marketing Enablement Manager

About the role

The Marketing Enablement Manager will lead the design and delivery of Emirates' Marketing Communication Platform, supporting both marketing and operational strategies across the group. Reporting to the Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand (CCMB) team, you will bridge the gap between IT and marketing to ensure technology enables customer‑centric communication.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Marketing Communication Platform ecosystem, driving efficiencies across Emirates Group brands.
• Gather business requirements, create business cases, and work with IT and procurement to select best‑in‑class MarTech solutions.
• Manage platform implementation, data flows, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training, support, and act as the super‑user and evangelist for the platform.
• Monitor data quality, performance SLAs, and ensure compliance with privacy principles.

Required profile

• Honours degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Digital Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering large‑scale marketing technology projects in a regulated, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Marketing Cloud (or similar Adobe suite).
• Omni‑channel communication platforms and event‑driven real‑time triggers.
• Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution and audience activation.
• AI/ML applications for consumer communications.
• Data integration, consent and privacy‑compliant first‑party data activation.
• Analytics and performance measurement tools for communications.
