Marketing Intern – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the Marketing team at One&Only The Palm, a boutique beachfront resort in Dubai, as a Marketing Intern. You will support a variety of campaigns, brand partnerships, and events that showcase the luxury hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital, social, and print marketing campaigns.
• Support brand partnership, influencer, and media collaborations.
• Help coordinate events, photoshoots, media visits, and content production.
• Conduct market, competitor, media, and influencer research.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, calendars, and tracking documents.
• Ensure all marketing assets align with One&Only brand standards.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous internship experience in marketing, hospitality, PR, or events is a plus.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, travel, and branding.
