Marketing Manager – Healthcare Brand

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function for Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, acting as a strategic enabler to drive sustainable growth and revenue. This role focuses on building the hospital’s brand and strengthening market position in the UAE healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and management support to the marketing team.
• Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for the business unit.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Position the business unit as the desired healthcare brand in the market.
• Maintain and build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 3‑5 years of experience in a senior marketing role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the UAE healthcare market is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing (experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualification).

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of branding and brand management.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
