PR & Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Miral is seeking a dynamic PR & Corporate Communications Manager to shape its corporate brand, boost executive visibility, and drive media engagement across its world‑class destination portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities and growth ambitions.
• Lead integrated initiatives that strengthen reputation, showcase Miral as a leading destination creator, and ensure consistent messaging across corporate, executive, stakeholder, and destination communications.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships, produce press releases, speeches, briefings, and executive talking points, and monitor media trends and reputational risks.
• Support executive communications, thought‑leadership programmes, and stakeholder/government engagement, including crisis communications planning.
• Lead CSR and impact communications, crafting stories that highlight Miral’s positive social and economic contributions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, executive communications or reputation management, preferably within tourism, hospitality, government or agency environments.
• Proven ability to develop communication strategies that build reputation, engage stakeholders and support business objectives.
