Marketing Manager – Lifestyle Brands

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, guest acquisition and revenue across its portfolio of premium lifestyle venues. You will own the marketing calendar, craft compelling campaigns and ensure every promise aligns with operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans for assigned brand(s).
• Generate guest acquisition, bookings and walk‑ins through targeted digital and offline campaigns.
• Lead social media, content and influencer strategies, collaborating with PR for media coverage.
• Partner with Operations to align marketing activities with venue capacity and service standards.
• Oversee creative production including photoshoots, videos, reels and brand assets.
• Plan and launch special‑event, collaboration and VIP activation campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (covers, revenue, engagement, ROI) and optimise initiatives.
• Manage agency, influencer and media relationships and represent the brand at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager in luxury hospitality, nightlife, premium dining or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of Dubai nightlife, influencers and VIP marketing.
• Proven ability to drive covers and revenue through marketing initiatives.
• Excellent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.
