Marketing Manager – Strategic Cross‑Functional Leadership

About the role

We are a fast‑growing specialty products manufacturer seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to turn company strategy into actionable, results‑driven marketing plans. Based in the UAE, you will work closely with leadership, sales and product teams to shape market positioning, drive vertical strategies and lead high‑impact campaigns across B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an actionable marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead strategic discussions with senior leadership, translating decisions into clear priorities, budgets and timelines.
• Analyse competitors, market trends and company positioning to identify strengths, vulnerabilities and growth opportunities.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation across campaigns, products, channels and verticals.
• Define vertical‑specific strategies, audience segmentation, value propositions, messaging and channel mixes.
• Drive product campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events and close collaboration with sales.
• Build and manage a growing marketing team, including internal hires, contractors or agencies.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and hands‑on execution ability.
• Proven experience leading marketing functions in multi‑segment, B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge assumptions and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
