Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & SEO Specialist to join Kings Medical Center in Dubai. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on boosting the clinic’s online visibility and attracting new patients through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, landing pages and blog posts for search engines.
• Manage on‑page and off‑page SEO activities, including link‑building and technical audits.
• Monitor performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate social media content, advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads) and community engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to create service‑focused campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and support patient acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience (2‑3 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of major marketing channels and online advertising.
• Positive attitude, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
