Marketing Specialist – Multi‑Channel Performance Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will own and scale multi‑channel performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. The role focuses on generating high‑quality real‑estate leads, reducing cost‑per‑lead, and supporting project launches and internal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Maintain clean campaign structures and build full‑funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Handle large monthly budgets (AED 100k–500k+), run A/B tests on creatives, formats, bidding, and audiences.
• Ensure 100% accurate tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Events API, Snapchat Pixel, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Create weekly dashboards with CPL, CPQL, CTR, CVR, and CAC benchmarks; analyze performance daily.
• Prepare creative briefs, write high‑converting ad copy, and maintain a library of top‑performing creatives.
• Monitor bids, pacing, and delivery; scale winning campaigns and pause under‑performers while maintaining CPL and CPQL targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on paid‑media experience, not limited to agency monitoring.
• Direct experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat campaigns.
• Experience with real‑estate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable managing budgets of AED 100k+ per month and making data‑driven decisions.
