Masterplan Director

About the role

The Masterplan Director will lead the planning and delivery of a landmark mixed‑use destination in Riyadh. Reporting to senior development leadership, you will shape the overall vision and ensure that commercial goals align with world‑class design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the master‑planning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated design solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with investors, consultants and government authorities.
• Oversee the translation of concept designs into executable development plans.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in masterplanning, urban design, or related development fields.
• Proven leadership within a major developer, master developer or leading international consultancy.
• Successful delivery of large‑scale mixed‑use projects.
• Completion of at least one golf‑course development and one luxury‑hotel project.
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• GCC experience is essential, preferably with projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah.
