Medical Representative Intern

About the role

Boehringer Ingelheim is offering a six‑month Medical Representative Internship in Abu Dhabi. The role provides hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical sales, allowing fresh graduates to develop selling skills, learn from seasoned professionals, and contribute to the company’s market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training programmes and develop selling techniques.
• Execute Sales Action Plans to maximise business in the assigned district.
• Plan and conduct daily visits to existing and potential customers, delivering core product messages.
• Record and track product sales, customer interactions, and feedback on product performance.
• Support the implementation of marketing plans and prepare sales reports for management review.
• Prepare monthly forecasting sheets based on historical data and targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
