Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical, aesthetic and medical product portfolio to healthcare professionals across the UAE. You will build lasting relationships with clinics, hospitals and other providers while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical, aesthetic and medical products to doctors, surgeons, pharmacists and healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, general practitioners, pharmacies, hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and educational meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and gather customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and sales reports in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or aesthetic product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable with extensive travel.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
