Membership Consultant & Front of House (FOH/MC)

About the role

My PT Hub is seeking a motivated Membership Consultant cum Front of House professional to join its Villa Square branch in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, driving membership sales while delivering a premium fitness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, creating a professional first impression.
• Promote and sell membership packages, consistently meeting monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct club tours and deliver persuasive membership presentations.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, handling objections and closing sales.
• Support front‑desk operations, member check‑ins and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate membership records using the company’s CRM and management systems.
• Assist with club events, promotions and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and confident personality.
• Genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and membership management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
