MENA Regional Manager – Dubai (Arabic & English, Forex)

About the role

FP Markets, a multi‑regulated broker headquartered in Australia, is seeking a dynamic MENA Regional Manager to lead its business development efforts across the Middle East from Dubai. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and client acquisition in the fast‑moving Forex market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Middle East region.
• Lead, manage, and expand a team of Business Development and Client Relations professionals.
• Identify and secure high‑value clients and strategic partnerships such as Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and money managers.
• Recruit and onboard trading professionals via social and industry platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage local channels and drive lead conversion.
• Negotiate partnership terms aligned with rebate and commission structures.
• Monitor partner performance, ensure KPI achievement, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Maintain compliance with local regulatory standards and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of senior‑level business development experience in the Forex sector, preferably with exposure to the Middle East market.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong track record of expanding regional market share and building long‑term client relationships.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
