MEP Technician – Building Maintenance (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The MEP Technician will join Mumtalakat Real Estate’s facilities team to ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across its properties in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping building services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and air‑conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks, including work on switches, sockets, lighting and water‑line fittings.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building services.
• Repair and install split AC units, FCUs, ducted AC systems, and related components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MEP or building maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing works.
• Ability to work independently on maintenance tasks.
• UAE experience preferred; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
