About the role

Join Salesforce’s General Business Sales team to drive growth with existing and prospective customers across the UAE. You will lead a virtual team of Cloud Specialists and Solution Experts, shaping vision and strategy for a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales in the assigned territory, targeting both new and existing customers.
Introduce Salesforce’s AI‑enabled offerings and core CRM solutions to prospects.
Communicate the Salesforce value proposition to close deals and expand revenue.
Collaborate with internal specialists to develop account strategies and achieve growth targets.

Required profile

University graduate with at least 6 years of proven software or SaaS sales experience.
Strong network and contacts within the UAE market, preferably in the mid‑market segment.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Demonstrated ability to manage virtual teams and lead complex sales cycles.

Required skills

Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) expertise.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in sales.
Experience with Cloud‑based software solutions.
