About the role

The Lending Tree is rapidly scaling and seeks ambitious Mortgage Consultants in Dubai to deliver end‑to‑end mortgage solutions for clients, from lead generation to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on best‑fit UAE mortgage solutions for resale and handover properties.
• Manage the full mortgage process, coordinating with banks, underwriters, developers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance and timely follow‑ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE direct sales or client‑facing experience.
• Strong customer service, communication in English and ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Target‑driven, persuasive and comfortable in a sales‑focused environment.
• UAE driving licence (mandatory).
