Early Careers Program in Financial Lines – Dubai

About the role

Join the FINPRO MENA team in Dubai’s DIFC for a 12‑month early‑careers program focused on Financial and Professional Lines insurance. You will learn core products, support broking activities, and build relationships across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations, client deliverables and preparation of presentations, proposals and reports.
• Assist in broking and placement of Directors & Officers, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Crime and Surety insurance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategy.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and solid grasp of basic financial concepts.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a genuine curiosity about insurance and risk management.
